Alex loves playing Uno. He is the proud owner of Uno Attack; this is what he wanted his Nana and Papa to give him on his 10th birthday in July, and they stepped up. He finds such joy in playing this game! It's a great incentive; I've used it several times to get him through homework assignments in the last couple of weeks.
Tonight, we played the longest game of Uno, ever. This game lasted at least 30 minutes, which is unusual. But, the kids had fun, and it was a great way to kick off the long holiday weekend. I'm sure it won't be our last game!
